Best Unlocked Android GSM Phone Under $350?

I would prefer a screen on the larger side, and a white phone (or something other than black) would be nice. I plan to use on Simple Mobile. Black Friday deals (thru Amazon, Best Buy, etc) would be appreciated. I’m also willing to buy on ebay.

I vote is the nexus one, its not brand new, but its built from the ground up to be unlocked. Try Craigslist or Ebay as Google no longer sells it. Also, they made two versions, ATT and Tmobile, make sure you get the one that fits your needs as far as carrier goes
